I have a bunch of bananas, that, in the tradition of fruit in Alaska, went directly from BRIGHT GREEN to brown and mushy. They have not yet hit moldy.
I have most traditional baking supplies on hand - all the usual white powders, butter, oatmeal and an oven. I have no muffin pans, or any traditional cake pans, for that matter, but I do have a pie dish, a loaf pan and several casserole dishes.
What should I make?! The Internet stuns me into indecision with its options.
