Second migraine in a week last night - both caused by blood sugar. First one was Tuesday because it took two hours to get our food order delivered, and last night's was also because I ate too late. Slept it off - for an unexpected 11 hours. Usually I wake up after a nap, but apparently, I needed sleep! Started icing my eyes before 8, got up with the alarm before 7 feeling quite good!
Jake was sweet enough not to practice the bagpipes while I was down.
