Pride and Falls and such...

Well, I pride myself on being able to take it as well as I dish it out, but sometimes I think folks don't feel comfortable dishing it out. So, here's your chance! Lay it on me - whatever you think *I* ought to hear. Comment anonymously if you want - and I'll screen everything, so no worries about other people judging YOU. Am I overconfident? My hair is stupid? Think I should do a better job with some aspect of my business? Does it seem like I play favorites or anything else that rubs you wrong? Like me lots but wish I were a little less of a pretentious twit sometimes? Go ahead... I'm invested in self-improvement, and I know how stupidly blind we can be to our own faults and foibles.
