And the conclusion I've come to is that I have a great deal that they don't (or at least, might not. I don't know!).
I am really happy with what I do and who I am. I have a loving husband and well-behaved pets, and I live in a beautiful house I crafted myself from raw lumber. I love figuring out what Eldrich Herbs might be. My new day job pays scads and doesn't suck. I get random emails saying "THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!" My artists are amazing wonderful people that say nice things to me when I'm down and appreciate my work. I have *fun* doing what I do - selling things, thrilling customers, connecting clients with artists. Who cares if I'm not a big, important, serious name. I'd like to make my artists more money, but on the bottomline, I'm doing some things right, and I'm making people happy, and that's more important than making anybody rich.
