Their client service SUCKS. I don't know about customer service… none of my customers have directly complained about them. But as a client, I have nothing good to say about them. They take *forever* to reply to questions and complaints. If they can't find out why something has happened, they make it up arbitrarily (as near as I can tell). They are completely random about their reasons behind things, they *don't* keep us informed about downtimes, etc., until after the fact, and they are generally unhelpful, brusque and snotty. It took them *years* to get the shipping options up. (Not that I use them…) If I had another easy option, without going through the hassle of setting up a shopping cart and merchant account myself, believe me, I would. They skim 9% of every sale, which is still a good deal to me because it would cost me a great deal more paying even low per-month fees, but don't think I *like* watching them take that 9%. Rat bastards.
