Ears, ears, ears!

I drew ears most of the day, and watched Lemony Snicket's Series of Unfortunate Events, which was wonderful and very much like a Roahl Dahl book - I haven't read the Lemony Snicket books, but I bet I'd like them.

I need to work on taxes still, but doubt I'll get much of that done today. I did finish all of my ear drawings, though - ink and all! The project got doubled just a day or two ago, too. Go me. I still need to scan them and tag them with all the anatomical terms, but I'm pleased with them so far. :)

Back isn't hurting much today - Doan's and Doan's PM really do their job. I woke up feeling like a rag doll.

Big show this weekend. Have not inventoried, though I did eye a few booth layouts. Not sure what I'll do there, but Jennie will be helping me, so I don't have to do the heavy lifting and carrying. (Yay!) I want to get some of the pocket dream journals made for it - has anyone given theirs good tough love and seen if they hold up okay?

Good news on the Tarot card project front, too - have gotten a quote on the webpage that didn't make me clutch my chest, and it could be up and running as soon as May. *boggles* I'm cautiously optimistic.

Got some more done on the business plan - blathering about the business is fairly easy to do, but it really brings home to me how complex what I do actually is. I juggle a lot of different stuff, and the systems I have set up allow me to do so, but aren't the most straightforward. Trying to explain things in a way that a non-artist, non-computer, non-gaming, non-creative kind of person will grasp is rather challenging. It's hard enough getting these concepts across to artists, sometimes. People with no background in this area may find it rather hard to 'get.'

Okay - time to go start sourdough biscuits for dinner...
