stats spam...

Ergh! My stats are getting filled up with the most HORRID hits from sites like realestateeasy.com/on-line-poker.html and antiquesgallore.com/casinobonus.html... mostly it's the same base site everyday, with like 15 different (gambling-related) html extensions, and there's a new site the next day. The one or two I've clicked on (denying the billion cookies they want to set and squashing their popups - yay Firefox and no flash...) have no link to me that I can find, and they don't use google adwords that I can see. Though it's AWFULLY suspicious to me that the site that IS currently using google adwords is getting these hits, and the site that isn't (portrait adoption), but is as popular, is not.

Anyone else using adwords that has this problem? Or not using adwords? It's going to drive me up a freaking wall...

Edit! Ah, mystery solved. When I was first figuring out my personal site, I had a test site going, and never disabled comments there. (Which I had to do at all the other sites because MY GOD, the spam...) So, someone managed to comment spam that site, and it got into the 'oh, let's spam this...' radar for gambling, drugs and loans. A very simple solution - I'll just delete the whole damn site. That's the spot most of those hits were going, hopefully they'll die out after a few dozen 'you're lost' pages.
