I started tackling a (freelance) project that I've been dreading... to find (in a theme of February) that I had already done much more than I realized, and that it wasn't as big of a deal as I'd feared. Huzzah.

Watched Brother Bear today, and thought it was okay. It REALLY REALLY REALLY bugged me that they kept mispronouncing Tanana. If you're going to name half the cast after places in Alaska, at least SAY them right. It was actually pretty distracting having two of the characters names Kenai and Sitka... and the third brother was almost-but-not-quite Denali and the baby bear was almost-but-not-quite Kodiak. The Canadian moose were pretty amusing. ("Rutt," though? REALLY? Who thought that was a good idea?)

We played in the snow yesterday:

There is SUN on our land again!
