Fridaily with (slightly) less whining

I got 12 hours of sleep last night; after Wednesday night's interruptions due to coughing, I broke down and took Nyquil before bed last night. While the stuff does leave a sort of drugged-out zombie aftereffect, the sleep was really fantastic, and exactly what I needed. Fever is gone, cough is decidedly better (no more jellyfish!), and my appetite is back. I've still got a little lingering throat/ear pain and I'm ridiculously wobbly-weak, but definitely better. I'm still not going anywhere or doing anything this weekend.

Getting caught up on various important bits and bobs... the first of the month came and went without much of my awareness, so be sure to catch the March issue of EMG-Zine while I go pay my bills and make sure nothing else got missed.

I've got orders to get out, and I may be up for a trip to the post office today (*crossing fingers!*).

And, maybe a load of laundry, but I'm not going to push it.
