I can be upright for nearly an hour, where upright involves no use of the brain or manual dexterity. (seriously, you should have seen my struggles to get the juice open... That alone required a three hour nap.) mostly, I can manage to feed and hydrate myself, and the hot/cold cycles are more moderate and not as fast. Most wonderfully, the splitting pain has faded to only a dull ache, and I coughed up a bucket of yellow jellyfish that had apparently taken residence in my lungs, so I can actually breathe again. More later, I can feel my upright hour wearing out and it's taken me a stupidly long time to type just this. Thanks for your good wishes and healthy thoughts!
