My wrist is considerably better today - perhaps yesterday's Muse Fizzle wasn't entirely a bad thing, as it did give it a good chance to rest, and I iced it most dutifully. I may also have figured out what I did to it, as I woke up in a stress-y ball at one point last night clenching it into a most uncomfortable position with awkward pressure on it. Making myself relax and find a better position improved my sleep for the rest of the night, too.
